Program Description

PODER empowers individuals with the necessary academic tools to promote human dignity, increase employment potential, and facilitate participation in the larger community.

Integrated English (IE) is our largest program, with five levels of contextualized English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, held daily at various sites, morning, afternoon and evening.

PODER's Workforce Development (WFD) program provides career pathways for unemployed or underemployed individuals seeking career opportunities that offer family-sustaining wages and advancement opportunities.
