Program Description

The Literacy Council offers free one-on-one tutoring and free classes to residents of Winnebago, Boone, and parts of Ogle Counties. Currently, we have classes for Academic Skills, English as a Second Language (ESL), GED, IT Technology, ESL Conversation, and Computer Classes. To register, go to TheLiteracyCouncil.org and fill out the free application.
